A New Member to the Aldenderfer Team
After establishing himself in business and earning "his bones" in corporate management and standards, the Aldenderfer team is very proud to announce the addition of Charlie Aldenderfer to the line-up of business experts ready to serve you.
After spending numerous years in retail management, Charlie decided to pursue opportunities in distribution management where he achieved various industry certifications. As a leader, Charlie designed and implemented organizational systems that met the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001-2000 standards, Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listing certification, the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) listing certification, and the coveted Aerospace Standard (AS) 9120 for materials distribution.
Through his educational and work experiences, Charlie has developed a variety of skills that are crucial in operating a successful business. He has a proven track record of leadership in management positions, and consistently meets or exceeds all goals for his clients. One of his specific long-term goals has been to apply the knowledge he has gained, and run a business full-time for himself. He has worked in retail, manufacturing, and distribution industries, and has maintained a high expectation of customer service and demonstrable leadership throughout. Charlie has also demonstrated competency in all aspects of running a successful business, and holds a passionate commitment to his new position with the knowledge that hard choices are inevitable and effective decision-making is crucial.
